Financial Reporting Leader

Our global client is presently looking for one of the best and brightest to join their organization. If you are hired for this position, you will manage a staff of 2 people and work in a 10 person department. Your responsibilities will include the following: the preparation and filing of all SEC related documents including 10Q, 10K, and 8K; serve as the global process owner over risk management and off balance sheet business cycles; work as an active participant and member of the disclosure committee; serve as a member for one of the risk management committees; provide technical accounting support to business units and corporate for merger and acquisition activities; review pension and 401K financial statements and make appropriate recommendations; coordination of all external auditor activities including, but not limited to, audits and reviews and other special projects as necessary. This firm is looking for a person looking to advance professionally so the ideal candidate is someone that will work in this position for approximately two years and then take their promotion in another area.
