Financial Reporting Manager - High visibility!!

**Leader in the banking industry has partnered with Robert Half to find their next Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team*** Responsibilities include: developing the external financial reporting process, work with project team to ensure risk weighted asset calculations are accurate. Develop senior management reports identifying and analyzing the major drives of capital allocation to credit, market, and operational risk areas. Work with teams to ensure systems and processes are built to provide the required information to the reporting process in a controlled and documented manner consistent with SOX 404. This role offers high visibility and a fast track to career growth. Requirements: BS degree in Accounting/Finance required, 8+ years experience in accounting required, significant experience must be at a financial institution or have audited a banking and/or financial institution while in public accounting, knowledge of regulatory capital requirements strongly preferred, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.
