Financial Specialist - Finance

A Financial Specialist provides in-depth auditing, accounting and financial reporting support.  To fulfill this role, the Financial Specialist will:

Participate in the Sarbanes-Oxley review process: Act as liaison with the business units and process owners Assist in the testing and review of internal controls Prepare and review related documentation and analysis Identify process improvements Administer Movaris, the internal controls database Support the compliance process as it relates to Business Continuity Planning Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and memos for senior management Assist with coordinating the internal and external audit and review processes Interact with financial and operational personnel at various levels throughout the company Participate in special projects.


BA/BS degree in accounting or finance
Three to five years' combined experience in auditing, internal controls, account analysis, and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with PowerPoint and Hyperion Enterprise is a plus
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to accurately interpret the underlying data and implications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to senior management through verbal or written communications
Ability to manage multiple assignments, including coordination of global efforts
Positive attitude and an ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Foreign language skills are a plus
20% - 25% travel (domestic and international).
