Reporting directly to the Manager, Forecasting, the selected candidate will support the revenue forecasting process for currently marketed products and products in the development pipeline. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the successful execution of the sales forecasting processes; including the creation and evaluation of the revenue forecast for currently marketed product lines, the creation and evaluation of the revenue forecast for the products in Mylan?s development pipeline and creation and evaluation of sales force targets
Analyze variance between forecasts, budgets and strategic plans and present findings to management
Create, analyze and evaluate product forecast scenarios
Analyze pricing, volume, products, customers and competitive market as they relate to forecasting
Prepare the monthly forecast reporting package; including assumption disclosures
Design and analyze ad hoc reports from EAP and Business Objects that relate to direct and indirect sales. 
Design, develop and maintain department PowerPoint presentations
Design, develop and maintain department Access databases
Perform other duties as assigned.

 

The qualified candidate must have Bachelor degree required in Business, Computers, Mathematics or related field with two years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.  They must possess knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry Distribution Channels. Must have working knowledge of various business systems, especially MS Access, MS Excel, Business Objects, and EAP.  Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications is preferred.  Must possess strong foundation in analytics, logic, strong organizational skills, communication, and coordination skills
