Forecast Manager

Weber-Stephen Products Company, a leading manufacturer of Bar-B-Q grills is seeking a Forecast Manager for our Manufacturing facility located in Palatine.

 

This position will manage the forecasting process and lead a cross functional team to develop the systems and procedures required to improve the overall forecasting methodology. 

 

 

Responsibilities will include:

?  Develop systems and procedures to relatively manage the forecasting process for grills and accessories.

?  Lead a cross-functional team that will provide timely input into the forecasting process.

?  Schedule and lead forecasting team meetings for both grill and accessories teams.

?  Schedule update meetings for Senior Management.

?  Provide Management summary reporting on forecast accuracy.

?  Analyze sales trends, product management activities, and POP data promotions in order to develop accurate forecasts.

 

 

Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.Strong interpersonal skills; must have ability to lead cross functional teams of non-direct reports.Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage large amounts of data for multiple sources.5 plus years working experience in Operations, Finance, Material Management, Sales or Marketing.Excellent management presentation skills.
