Our Forensic Services professionals help reconstruct accounting and business records and provide the detailed analysis necessary to uncover essential facts and insights. We can bring to bear the range of our forensic investigation skill set to help our clients understand and analyze events or issues and prepare to deal with them. We have developed methodologies and strategies that help clients handle difficult circumstances.

With decades of dispute consulting experience and through thousands of cases of
various types and descriptions, our Dispute Services practice has a solid track record of helping counsel with challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation and other business dispute cases. We are trained to provide valuable financial insight and clarity to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony.

Responsibilities
?
The Records Manager is responsible for working with clients to develop policies and procedures and implement, operate, and maintain their records information management programs.? The records manager works with other members of our records management practice and our clients to assist them in accomplishing their records management needs.? The manager is responsible to deliver the following types of services:
- Qualified Consultants will work with Clients to develop records management policies and procedures.
- Develops procedures and processes under which the
information retention and disposition program will be conducted
- Prepares and maintains information retention and disposition schedules as part of the overall records and information management manual
- Conducts inventories of and classifies the organization's recorded information
- Develops and maintains the fully documented information retention and disposition schedules
- Ensures that all information retention and disposition schedules have been approved according to the organization's approval policies
- Provides notice of disposition of recorded information as required by approved policy
- Monitors and documents all transfers, destruction, and disposition of recorded information
- Serves as liaison to the various units within the organization, keeping them apprised of developments in the information retention and disposition program
- Informs the Records Information Retention Committee of any changes in information retention and disposition
program practices
- Provides training for program participants on a regular basis to ensure consistency of implementation and compliance
- Coordinates the information retention and disposition program with the organization's archives and information technology units
- Conducts recorded information retention compliance audits, notifies departments of noncompliance, and institutes corrective steps to bring the department into compliance

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Information Science, Library Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.? CRM strongly preferred.
- Exemplary records management knowledge and technical skills, including records management systems, imaging and emerging technologies.
- Individuals must have experience external consulting expereince with clients on building their Records Management programs.
- 7 + years of relevant experience, including managing on/off-site employees preferably in a
professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including database management
- Ability to provide superior and anticipatory customer service
- Strong multi-tasking expertise
Must be open to at least 50% travel
