Over the course of your career in FAS, you could be involved in one or several of our integrated global service lines: Valuation, Reorganization Services, Dispute Consulting & Forensic Investigations and Corporate Finance.
Within our Forensic and Dispute Services practice, our?Royalty and Revenue Investigations Advisory Group group helps clients and their legal counsel handle various issues related to intellectual property, licensing, supply-chain, joint ventures, and other alliance relationships. Key services include: contract investigations, due diligence, strategy, and advisory services with respect to various arrangements between our clients and their business partners. Our dynamic group serves multi-national companies across numerous industries including, but not limited to, the following: technology, life sciences, oil and gas, telecommunications, entertainment and media industries. Individuals will have the opportunity for direct client contact and travel both domestically and internationally
.
- Ideal manager candidates will have a minimum of 6 years related experience, including public/private accounting or consulting experience with intellectual property in the high-tech, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, entertainment and/or publishing industries.
- Experience should also include performing forensic investigations, market and industry research, leading teams of professionals, managing client expectations, and participating in client presentations; Forensic experience preferred.
- Successful candidates will possess a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation with a strong accounting background supplemented by skills in finance.
- A CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or an MBA is also desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Individuals must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Bilingual skills are desirable.
