The Forensic & Dispute Services practice helps counsel with challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation and other business dispute cases.? We provide valuable financial insight and clarity to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony.? The Forensic Investigations practice helps clients and their legal counsel reconstruct accounting and business records and provide the detailed analysis necessary to uncover essential facts and insights.? Key services include: General Litigation and Arbitration, Business Insurance Claims Consulting, Intellectual Property, Construction, Economic Consulting, Environmental, Buy/Sell

We are seeking individuals at the Senior Associate level in Detroit, MI. ?Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years technical and financial advisory related experience.

In this position, the candidate will assist the F&DS - Forensic group in corporate investigations, asset tracing and recover, purchase price dispute, forensic audit assistance, royalty investigations and anti-money laundering with the following activities:
- interpret data, explain complex financial transactions, verify or locate information
- reconstruct a transaction or series of transactions, sample, inspect and compute modeling
?
Prior experience:
??Prior audit experience a plus
??Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships
?? and projects.? Will have responsibility for
quality of client deliverables, mentor and
?? develop staff and senior associates, develop client network, and support efforts in
?? developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
??A strong finance, accounting or economics background required
??Experience in professional services firm preferred
??MBA, CPA, CFA or ASA designation a plus
