As a Fraud Call Center Representative, you will answer a high volume of incoming telephone calls from our credit card holders who suspect fraudulent activity on their account. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, reviewing security information and account activity with the callers, identifying the type of fraud and setting accounts up for investigations. You will also assist with taking inbound calls from the merchant, merchant centers, and branches with the purpose of detecting fraud or providing authorizations at the point of sale. This responsibility includes interviewing the customer at the point of sale, and verifying their security information and account activity.
Experience in a production-based environment is a plus in this position. Each team member is responsible for achieving specific performance standards that include team and individual performance factors such as quality and average handle time. Successful Fraud representatives strive for excellence. They also consistently project a positive, upbeat attitude, are articulate, dependable and flexible, and are able to make sound analytical decisions, they have good problem-solving skills, are ethical, are fraud knowledgeable, and able to balance the needs of the customer, the corporation and our shareholders.

These positions are located in:
Elgin, Illinois Chase Card Member Site at 2500 Westfield Ave.
(Just 42 miles northwest of downtown Chicago (Approx. 1 hour from downtown Chicago))
Hourly Rates start at:
$11.00 per hour
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of one year customer service experience in a high volume retail or Call Center environment
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure phone environment
Basic PC and typing skills to include ability to navigate multiple systems within a windows type environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional attitude
Above average professional phone skills/ Customer service oriented demeanor
Overtime required as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Banking, Call Center and/or Fraud experience
