Contract Associate, Sales Finance - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

The Contract Associate will review and approve all advertising sales agreements. Working closely with our Legal, Finance and Sales teams, the candidate will fill an integral role in Google?s approvals process for contractual documentation. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, strong minded and capable of extreme efficiency in a pressured, fast paced environment. The successful candidate must have the ability to work with Google personnel located both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Review of all contracts for Google Advertising, Partnership and Distribution Sales to ensure compliance with Finance, Legal and Sales Policies and procedures.
Coordination of legal terms and conditions as approved by legal department.
Coordination and support for internal approvals contract processing for sales organization.
Document processes for changes in policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot systems issues and contracting errors with Sales teams, technical teams and Legal and Finance counterparts.
Ad hoc project work to improve processes and communication amongst various teams.

Requirements:

Strong BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Linguistics, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
1-3 years experience - paralegal/contract admin experience a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a sales environment preferred.
Ability to work cross functionally with sales, legal, advertising operations and finance groups.
Experience with ticketing systems a plus.
