Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance - Mountain View

This position is based in Mountain View, CA.

We are looking for a seasoned, savvy and energetic finance professional for the role of Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, which reports in to our Finance organization, and supports the Sales and Operations organization, you will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, supporting the launch of new initiatives and will take a leadership role in defining new financial and operational processes. You will gain invaluable experience in this fast-track role, which offers extensive interaction with senior-level management.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic business initiatives, providing analytical insight and performance analysis.
Take a leadership role and work with management to define financial requirements for new product initiatives.
Lead the development of revenue forecasts and business metrics reporting.
Play a key role in the continued development of our worldwide budgeting and planning processes.
Assist in the development of sales/ops compensation plans and career paths.
Act as a liaison between the core Finance teams and the Sales/Ops teams, assisting with issues related to accounting, billing, payments, credit risk management, and tax.
Participate in discussions and develop models to support company initiatives and/or financial decisions.
Requirements:MBA and/or CPA preferred.
3-5 years financial analysis experience from a leading investment bank, consultancy, or Fortune 500/high-growth company.
Additional 2-3 years operational experience preferred.
Demonstrated top quartile performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.
Demonstrated interest in financial analysis and a career in finance.
Superior problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management team.
Superior Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative.
Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.
