HIGHLY VISIBLE FINANCIAL ANALYST

 

Support the Headquarters Functional Leaders by providing the Leaders and their teams with the required financial data and guidance to enable them to make good business decisions.

 

RESPONSIBILITES


? Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and communicate those results to the Leaders and Management accordingly.
? Coordinate, guide and communicate with the Functional Leaders and their teams regarding the annual budget and forecast processes.
? Perform various ad-hoc monthly and forecast analysis reports for the Functional Leaders such as: quality costs, cap software spend, department spend, headcount, etc.
? Prepare the Headquarters ?Bridge Analysis?, which analyzes results versus Plan and Prior Year and communicate the results to Management. Investment and productivity analysis is included in this exercise.
? Prepare and create excel and other analytical tools to perform Headquarter Analysis.

 

EDUCATION


? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
? Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
? Demonstrate ability to manage complex projects.
? Advanced skills in Excel required.
? Must be detail-oriented and deadline sensitive in a fast-paced environment.
? High degree of problem solving ability and variance analysis experience required.
