RSM McGladrey Retirement Resources, a focused leader on creating retirement plan solutions that meet the needs of companies on the move has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to be part of our HR team in our Rockford, IL or Downtown Chicago, IL office.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years HR generalist/support experience working in a HR department. This position will provide tactical and adminstrative assistance to the HR Director. Will have the responsibility for assisting with recruitment, maintain databases, and responding to employee inquiries. Responsible for employee integration, coordinating recognition programs, and responding to employee inquiries on payroll and CPE issues. Will maintain RR People Database by ensuring policies and procedure are current and meet RSMM RR needs.
