Internal Audit

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Perform audit assignments, prepare work papers and audit reports.Assist with the audit planning process.Keeps abreast current developments in the accounting and auditing professions.Assist in the testing of internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley, Section 404Identify opportunities to improve business processes, strengthen internal controls and provide recommendations to Senior Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:4 to 6years of experience in auditing, preferably with a large or regional public accounting firm with a concentration in audits.Preference for professional certification(e.g. CPAor CIA) or working towards such a designationBachelor's DegreeDemonstrated ability as an Audit SeniorExpresses views/opinions clearly both orally and in writingTakes initiative, goes beyond what is expected.
