TCG Solutions, LLC, an acounting and finance executive search firm, is seeking Internal Auditors for our client located in the Houston Metropolitan area.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform SOX Compliance Audits for International and Domestic locations.

Completed all cycles pertaining to 404 Sarbanes-Oxley compliance including documentation (flowcharts and narratives), review of work performed by other personnel and testing of those cycles.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

CPA or CPA track

1-2 years internal or external Audit experience or Sarbanes-Oxley experience.
