More specifically, the role of this position will be to:

Plan, design and implement an efficient and effective program for sustainable Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Establish and analyze financial control documentation and testing.
Identify and train executive owners and process owners on their responsibilities with respect to key financial controls.
Develop action plans to timely monitor process owner discipline with key financial controls compliance.
Develop action plans to expeditiously remediate control deficiencies if and when identified.
Identify and document business process changes and effect on Company in terms of efficiency and control.
Schedule, direct, perform and document routine quarterly compliance testing procedures to ensure Company risk is timely mitigated.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures as necessary to provide a strong financial control environment.
Evaluate control environment to determine where controls should be placed.
Monitor changes in Company policies and procedures as well as accounting and auditing standards and maintain internal control documentation in a consistent manner.
Provide assistance to outside auditors as needed to review the Company's documentation and testing process and procedures.
Assist in conducting risk assessments and evaluating results.
Perform other related projects as needed.

Required Skills:

Individual must be team-oriented self-starter with good problem solving skills and ability to interact positively and successfully with all levels of the company.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Multi-task oriented.
Experience managing high profile projects.
Experience in documenting and performing tests of internal controls (Sarbanes-Oxley ?SOX? 404).
Solid technical financial/accounting skills.

Experience Required:

A strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to get the job done.
Ability to work independently in a cross functional team environment.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPA or Internal Audit certification required.
4-6 years related experience, including Big 4 experience and/or internal audit experience.
Experience within the semiconductor industry and/or with multi-national operations a plus.
