As an International Dividends Associate, you will support Foreign Corporate Action and Multi-Currency payments.


Typical Responsibilities:

?Review all types of Corporate Action announcements via Euroclear and Citibank local market custodian.
?Correspond with internal business units on Corporate Action Information.
?Reconcile and balance dividend payments received from local custodians.
?Reconcile suspense accounts and control accounts pertaining to ??????
?corporate action currency payments.
Responsible for sending notifications to customers on actionable corporate actions events.
Work closely with International Operation groups to reconcile F/X trades and currency payments.????????
Request Foreign Exchange trades to allocate dividends distributions in USD to non-currency enabled customers.

o College degree and/or 1-3 years-related experience required.
o Dividend or Corporate Action operations experience required.
o Creative individual with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
o Flexible, must be able to cope with change and shift priorities.
o Strong PC skills, ability to create EXCEL spreadsheets.
o Extensive research and problem solving skills
