Lowe Enterprises Residential Advisors, LLC (?LERA?) is a pension fund advisor managing a $300MM revolving equity facility and approximately $500M of debt in residential real estate developments across the country. Investment structures include mezzanine debt, equity interests and land banking. LERA is looking for an Investment Administration Manager to join their exciting, fast paced and deadline driven environment. Responsibilities of this job are varied, with the primary focus on assisting in preparation of investment documentation and closing of investments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
? Assist in the preparation, review and negotiation of investment documentation prepared by legal counsel.
? Review title reports to determine which exceptions are acceptable and what endorsements are required.
? Coordinate with title, escrow and legal to close transactions.
? Draft investment modification/extension letters.
? Review project related Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and community facilities district documents for compliance with investment terms.
? Prepare lien releases for mezzanine debt investments.
? Position requires extensive work with legal documentation.

Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
? 2+ years work experience.
? Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
? 2+ years experience in real estate finance.
? Prior experience with legal documentation.
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
? Proficient at balancing multiple priorities and assignments.
? Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Detail oriented and organized.
