The Investment Advisor-Retirement Planning Enrollment Specialist involves serving as an investment advisor to the plan sponsor/trustee and providing investment related services including investment recommendations, as well as ongoing monitoring and replacement advice for clients' investments. Additionally, the advisor will facilitate the communication of Invesmart's services to various retirement plan participants.

This individual will also provide guidance to plan participants and conduct meetings for enrollment, re-enrollment, employee education and other investment related sessions. Their relationship with participants will provide them with a continual opportunity to market Invesmart and the services we offer.

The Investment Advisor-Enrollment Specialist will work closely with the senior advisors and/or the advisory manager, sales and implementation individuals to install new plans and to communicate changes in retirement plans and investments to the plan sponsors and their plan participants.REQUIREMENTS- A four-year college degree, preferably in finance, economics or business

- Minimum five (5) years of related investment advisory experience within financial services or a retirement planning organization

- Must be experienced in client interaction

- Previous Retirement Plan Enrollment Experience is highly preferred

- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

- Quantitative, analytical and computer skills

- General investment and asset allocation knowledge

- Must possess Series 6 or 7 and 65 Licenses; CFP is a plus
