Investor Relations Manager for Established, Thriving Biotech Firm!

Work for a company that truly makes a difference! We?re looking for an skilled Investor Relations Manager to join this compassionate, caring biotech firm. Employ your extensive financial knowledge and experience in the biotech industry as you direct and coordinate all investor relations programs, financial communications, financial reports and presentations.

Job Entails:
? Cultivating relationships with security analysts to keep them informed of company developments and financial results.
? Preparing relevant press releases, communications the investment community and publishing the annual report.
? Acting as a spokesperson to introduce the position and market the company to investors and potential investors.
? Developing strategies and implementing programs to keep the financial community current on company performance and industry trends.
? Managing the flow of financial and other information between the corporation, shareholders, and the financial community.
? Preparing financial models relating to the company and the industry.
? Planning and developing presentations and reports explaining financial and industry trends, shareholders concerns and competitor actions that may impact the company.
? Overseeing investor conference coordination including registration and web cast notice preparation and distribution.
? Assisting in preparation of filings for SEC and annual reports to shareholders.
? Managing investor relations section of the corporate website.

Experience and Skills:
? Experience dealing with Fair Disclosure Regulations, Financial Model and SEC Documents
? Knowledge of financial analysis, 10K v. 10Q, writing process, securities, cell & biside securities and annual reports
