Lead Associate, Risk Control

Your job responsibilities will include making credit decisions or recommendations for securities backed lending requests (non-purpose and purpose/margin facilities) for private clients including investment companies and other non-institutional type of clients. You will review existing credit clients and participate in ad-hoc credit risk control projects.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting. You have a minimum of 3 years experience in credit decision processes for either non-purpose and/or purpose/margin loans in the US. You have good knowledge of the US regulatory environment as it pertains to lending against marketable securities (Reg T or Reg U) and good knowledge of the various types of marketable securities. You also have solid understanding of the different legal entity types in the US. You possess strong analytical skills and basic skills in financial statement analysis.
