Concentrating on new products, the incumbent will assume responsibility for a range of financial functions: planning, analysis and reporting results to management; generating monthly financial statements and variance analyses; interacting with regional partners, central FP&A and accounting staff on cost and financial concerns; and analyzing new and existing business opportunities from a financial point-of-view. This position will also assist with the development of annual operation plans and review them on a continuing basis. This position will play a key role in determining the key products or projects that the company will pursue in future years.



In addition to the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, candidates must have a bachelor"s degree in accounting, finance or economics or an MBA, 5-7 years of similar experience, and the analytical skills necessary to support a major industry leader. Proficiency with MS-Excel and financial modeling is expected; SAP and Hyperion Essbase a definite advantage. A background that includes team leadership/supervision is desirable.
