Job Description

Participate in and play an active role in business decisions for the short and long-term horizon.

Financial Management support: Support Management and RBT Members in all strategic and operational issues regarding North American Mainstream business including marketing & pricing strategy, creation and management of marketing and development programs and product planning issues.

Business/Financial Planning & Analysis: Month-end closing activities and development, coordination and consolidation of forecasts (Current View, Quarterly Rolling Forecasts, AOP, Mid-term project justifications, Long-term strategic planning) for an integral P&L, Customer profitability and Balance sheet acitivites. Specific focus on margin analysis with market pricing and material costs, plausibility checks & analysis on selling expenses and warranty.

Financial contact person for global BCT?s (ensure high quality communication and relationship to BCT counterpart).

Business Controls: Implement and monitor effective business controls to ensure financial credibility and minimization of business risks.

Others: PDR Review & Analysis, Contol of Marcom and Price Protection expenses, Capital investment requests, account reconciliations, ad hoc & special projects for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in finance/accounting? 3-5 years of financial experience in a global corporation
