Lead Financial Analyst /Manager

Essential Functions:

 

  Reporting to the Director, Corporate Planning this is a key business role that supports the CFO and Corporate Controller with company-wide information and analysis. Key responsibilities include management reporting for financial information from the SBUs, analysis of current and forecasted business performance, and reporting actionable and timely information to senior management. Such information has two primary attributes: (1) prospective information - including budgets, forecasts (e.g. revenue, costs, cash, statistical information, all relating to the worldwide P&L and B/S), and (2) historical and variance reporting - including segment information, key financial metrics, variance reporting, and other internal management analyses



?  Manage preparation and review of financial analyses, trend reports, key operation ratios and provide explanations.

?  Provide management with timely key operating statistics and prior performance measures on a monthly basis.  Develop presentation materials of financial information for CFO for meetings with Business  Review Committee (BRC), Board of Directors and for Press ReleasesManage the distribution of SG&A costs to SBU?sWork directly with Corporate Accounting and Financial Systems to ensure support of the management  reporting process

?  Provide management with timely key operating statistics and prior performance measures on a monthly basis.The preparation of periodic monthly management reports

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  Education: BS degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA Preferred.

  Minimum Work Experience Requirements: 6 + years of financial planning experience.
