Lead Financial Center Representative

The Lead Financial Center Representative will work in conjunction with the Manager to ensure smooth running of the department while modeling outstanding cash management and quality service behaviors for the operations staff. In this hands-on role the Lead Representative is also responsible for scheduling staff duties, providing transaction overrides, cash and travelers cheques security. The incumbent will use patience, persuasion, and creativity, to confidently address escalated member issues. Additionally the incumbent will exercise a flexible work-style to accommodate on-the-spot challenges or changes to departments needs. Qualifications Education: High School diploma. Courses in related business areas necessary to maintain position proficiency. Experience: 3 to 4 years’ increasing experience in related disciplines, including exposure to member/customer services policies, procedures and operations, in a credit union or other financial institution. Knowledge/Skills: Strong organization, verbal communications skills, quality service and team orientation required. Awareness of financial products and applications, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Basic PC skills are necessary. If Interested please email your resume to
