JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Train and supervise Operations Managers. Review loan exceptions and loans that exceed Operations Managers authority. Communicate with Regional Managers and Operations Managers on necessary conditions to close loans. Review and manage the pipeline each day to maximize the team's productivity and loan closing volume. Assess daily staffing needs to ensure quality customer service and satisfactory turnaround time. Manage turnaround time within teams to provide quality customer service. Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Team Processing Department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.

Four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of four years experience in related field.

Minimum of four years supervisory experience in related field required.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

High interpersonal skills and understanding needed to persuade, motivate or influence others, to present or defend matters involving disagreement, or to facilitate processes involving important issues.

Advanced skill level utilizing Word, Excel, and Power Point.
