Looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team!!!

Job Duties:

* Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports

* Reconciles Balance Sheet Accounts by compiling and analyzing account information from both internal and external resources.

* Prepares and posts advertising entry based on marketing budget sheets as well as standard monthly entries by compiling and analyzing account information and for most standard entries interacting with others on the Finance team and in other departments to ensure data for standard entries is correct.

* Participates in closing the books at month end by posting standard journal entries, advertising entry, the Suncoast reclass, and providing data to others for analysis of accounts.

* Update account reconciliations, Utility expense spreadsheets, as well as the inventory history spreadsheet.

* Provides information to the US Census Bureau.

Education and Experience:
