MD Global Sponsor Finance, Sponsor Coverage - Large Cap

CITY: New York STATE: New York COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Primary responsibilities would include active calling on private equity sponsors with team members, championing transactions throughout the sales and closing process, mentoring and guiding junior sales people and team members, and continuing to grow GE GSF Large Cap's presence in the Large Cap sponsor finance markets. Leveraging Senior Sponsor Relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and 7 yrs experience in Large Cap leveraged finance, including sponsor calling activities. Strong credit and underwriting background including formal credit training or direct underwriting experience. (or High School diploma/GED and 10 years experience).
* Knowledge of general office management.
* Experience in managing a sales team and responsibility for group goals and objectives.
* Proficiency with word processing, power point, excel, and Internet capabilities.
