Manager – Operations Financial Reporting

Job Description: Leads financial analysis and reporting to provide evaluation, counsel and business analysis directly to functional teams.  Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of budgets, forecasts and results analysis to drive achievement of the RHD business plans. Leads highly complex financial reporting and provides financial analysis to executive management and department leaders. Frequently interacts with senior/executive management.  Prepares and delivers executive level presentations and reports.  Manages 2 ? 7 direct reports. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis and reporting to provide evaluation, counsel and business analysis directly to operational leaders including VPs, AVPs, Directors and Managers.  This includes leading the most complex budget, forecast and actual results analysis for those teams.  Communicate regularly with all business process owners to review results and take actions necessary to realize RHD goals.
Responsible for the reporting, budgets and forecasting of all RHD revenue streams.  Reviewing and recommending forecast impacts to set future direction to ensure goals are attains or exceeded.  Presenting results and recommendations to executive and senior management as required. 
Assess financial results, including revenue and expense, to determine appropriate actions, and may initiate actions to drive exceptional results.  This requires the ability to understand cross functional implications and manage conflicting priorities. 
Lead highly complex analysis, evaluating results and forecasting future results to recommend the best course of action in alignment with overall goals. Analysis will include the ability to make reasonable assumptions and projections to complete sensitivity analysis.  Requires the ability to synthesize information from numerous sources and across numerous functional areas to determine the complete impact.
Develop staff  through recruiting, hiring, leading, developing, coaching and evaluating performance to excel in producing results and as well as strengthen the finance bench. 
Build relationships with key leaders to effectively focus all operations teams to successfully execute and deliver superior quality and cost/revenue results, adjusting priorities to meet goals and communicating to ensure continued alignment across the business process.  Responding effectively to the constantly changing demands to reallocate and reprioritize financial resources. 

 

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business required or equivalent experience, MBA or related advanced degree desirable
A minimum of 8+ years directly relevant experience with concentrations in Finance and Accounting roles
Strong results orientation required to drive analysis in support of goal achievement. 
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent, complex projects
Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills to motivate staff to excel. 
Strong customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills required to develop relationship with operational leaders.
