Manager, Analysis & Reporting

Manage the processes and staff to accomplish key tasks associated with the following two functions:

1) Internal Sales Incentive:
Solely responsible for the Corporation's internal sales incentive function and associated reporting;
Act as the finance lead in discussions between Sales management and HR management on matters pertaining to the sales incentive process;
Accountable for internal sales compensation related inquiries and issues;
Serve as the business owner in the development of a long-term strategy for the administration of the internal sales incentive function with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and automation;
Accountable for maintenance of current Standard Operating Procedures governing the sales incentive process;
Manage all functions relating to maintaining complete, accurate and proper records for purposes of meeting expected internal/external audit and compliance oversight, and outside regulatory compliance.

2) Commissions / Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Manage the preparation and distribution of the Corporation's monthly sales report;
Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and/or reports related to sales reporting, internal incentives, external commissions and producer demographics/profiles as necessary;
Provide strategic thought leadership for the Corporation with regards to the development of the appropriate analytics and metrics for monitoring external commission trends;
Represent finance in ongoing discussions with Sales management to ensure that the Corporation's commission structure and incentive program align with Corporate strategy;
Provide primary analytics and reporting to senior management from the Corporation's broker commission systems, including TrueComp and the Producer System of Record ("PSOR");
Proactively engage Sales management to identify additional reporting requirements for the external brokercommunity and serve as the business owner on any resulting initiatives to develop and deliver these reports;
Provide information and data analyses to facilitate the resolution of commission-related inquiries by the external producer network as necessary.

Qualifications
Basic Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor's degree;
Total work experience of seven-to-ten (7-to-10) years;
Managerial experience of no less than two (2) years; and
Work experience must include at least three (3) years experience with data analysis and other management information systems.Preferred Hiring Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business-related major
