Manager, CFO Advisory

We are currently seeking a Manager in our CFO Advisory Services to join us in our Miami office.

CFO Advisory (CFOA) Services professionals are ?trusted advisers? for the CFO and other finance function clients. With a focus on financial analysis, operations, controls and performance, our professionals bring leading practices and recommendations to clients to help streamline and create more efficient processes with the finance function.


Responsibilities:
- Develop new client opportunities and lead teams conducting lodging, casino and real estate market demand studies
- Acquisition and due diligence analysis of hospitality and real estate assets
- Operational reviews of hotel and casino properties
- Utilize project management skills and gather data and analysis relative to the Hospitality and Real Estate industries

Qualifications:
- Five years of experience working in a financial role in the Hotel or Casino industry and/or advisory experience
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable independent action and a high degree of initiative are needed
- Able to make recommendations based on incomplete data
- Able to lead teams and to be a self starter
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Advanced proficiency in internal accounting controls
- Able to create succinct qualitative and quantitative summaries
- Able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Able to organize and interpret complex, detailed financial information and apply problem solving skills
- Strong verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel at least 50 percent of the time
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
