Manager, Cash Management and Treasury

Job Description
Oversees cash management and related banking activities. Plans and directs finance activities by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors or staff.




Manages daily cash and participates in daily cash rotation and preparation of short-term cash forecast.

Oversees wire release and administration process.

Involvement with cash management initiatives such as check conversion. 

Assists with administration and renewal of unsecured revolving credit facility. 

Monitors terms and covenants of peer's credit facilities. 

Assists with the administration of mortgages including making payments, monitoring escrows, and preparing mortgage and debt reports.

Assists with unsecured bond offerings including analysis, pricing, documentation, due diligence, and execution of trades.

Participates on relationship team with all banks, including attending meetings and tracking all communications and business with banks.

Assists with hedge transactions and relationships, including negotiating and maintaining ISDAs, and overseeing origination, approval, execution and documentation of trades.

Assists with sourcing and hedging funding requirements for international investments.

Participates in the preparation of quarterly and year end schedules for reporting and analyst calls.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field from a four-year college or university and four to six years finance experience. 
Project management and supervisory experience preferred.
Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills. 
Advanced Treasury Workstation skills.
