Manager, Client Administration

AMVESCAP, one of the largest independent global investment managers operating principally through the AIM, AIM Trimark, INVESCO, INVESCO Perpetual and Atlantic Trust brands, currently has an exciting opportunity available within our Trust Company.? We are looking to hire a Client Administration Manger in our Atlanta office.? The person will manage the day-to-day operations for our $50B Trust Company with multiple vehicles including Delaware Statutory Trust, New Hampshire Business Trust, Institutional Retirement Trusts, and Group Trusts.? They will also supervise, train, and motivate staff in areas of client operations, administration and service.? The chosen candidate?s responsibilities will include:

?Resolve complex administrative problems including research, correction and process engineering of any operational issuesReview, improve and update account level legal documents based on industry trends and client feedback with internal counsel as needed but no less than annuallySet up new Client Service and Administrative Service firms including agreement execution, establishment in system, and document filingSet up new third parties for FundSERV and Networking including agreement execution and filingOversee all client trading and vendor operations as they relate to shareholder accountsAssist legal counsel in new partner agreement negotiation as it relates to services to be provided by National Trust CompanyEnsure all documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements.? Work with counsel to develop, revise, and maintain all documents related to National Trust CompanySolicit new agreements with clients after material changesEnsure all standard documentation is current and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.? Maintain current Declaration of Trusts, Participation Agreements, Client Servicing Agreement, Administrative Servicing Agreements, Private Placement Memorandums, FundSERV Agreements, Networking Agreement, Prior Day Pricing Agreements and other master documentsWorking independently, maintains relationship with all internal sales and marketing groups by acting as a liaison as it pertains to bringing new plans on board with the Pooled FundsWorks closely with sales, portfolio management, product managers and client service staff to assist client in investing in the trust productsAssist in new product developmentCreate presentations and custom materials to gather assetsInitiate programs to gather assets for the Trust FundsPromotes National Trust Company products and vehicles through training and presentations

EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAININGUndergraduate degree, business or finance major preferred, MBA desirableKnowledge of Collective Trust products (3c11)l, Private Placements 3c(7) and 3c(1) helpfulKnowledgeable of investment concepts and marketsSeries 7 and 63 or willingness obtain within 120 days5+ years management experience, preferably at a senior level (financial industry preferred)Previous work in the securities,?banking, finance or investment industry required
