Manager/Director Financial Analysis

 

A prominent Company is currently in search of a Manager/Director of Financial Analysis for our Headquarters location in Auburn Hills, MI.

 

Requirements:

 Must have a minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years at a Financial Institution or as a Public Accountant;Bachelor?s Degree in Finance or related field required;  CPA or MBA preferred;Excellent analytical and budgeting skills;Excellent PC skills including Financial Modeling;Self-motivated and able to effectively interact with Management on a daily basis;Understanding of transfer pricing and international tax compliance requirements;Must be well organized and able to communicate with and report on ever expanding international and domestic operations; and,Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

 Develop financial analytics and present to Senior Management, including, but not limited to, budget to actual analysis, accounts receivable trending, labor costing, and overhead spending monitoring;Work with various International entities to understand cash positions and operational issues;Work with fixed asset group to reconcile and identify fixed asset transfers and capital expenditures;Work with Senior Management to develop budgets; andMaintain relationships with internal and external parties
