This position will be located at our Englewood, Colorado office.

The Manager, Financial Planning provides financial/operational planning and analysis support for DIRECTV's Sales and Service organization. Duties include, but are not limited to:





????Develops complex financial models and analysis for DIRECTV's Field Services, Supply Chain, and Customer Care organizations.


????Works closely with accounting to develop and analyze monthly accruals and to analyze monthly financial results.


????Completes monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.


????Assists in the development of annual operating and financial budgets.


????Creates various analysis and presentations for executive management.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred and/or at least five plus years of financial planning/management experience. Must have in-depth knowledge of financial modeling, financial reports, and basic accounting. Experience with CSG/WFX, Siebel and SAP is desired. Must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access). Must have excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Must be able to adapt to a continually changing business environment. Must be able to organize and prioritize critical issues to timely resolution. Must be able to identify, interpret, and analyze problems, taking appropriate action without being directed. Requires between 15% to 20% travel and the ability to expense travel costs prior to reimbursement.
