? Analyze and interpret prescription claims data for Systemed?s book of business. Effectively communicate findings.
? Develop models in SAS, Excel and PowerPoint
? Create standardized solutions which can be applied across Systemed's entire book of business
? Continuously improve value through the development of more efficient, creative and productive techniques to analyze and interpret data.
? Present findings to Senior Management.

External Qualifications :

Staff Management

? BA/BS in economics, finance, math, or other quantitative field. A Masters degree is helpful.
? A minimum of 3-5 years of applicable experience.
? Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in layman terms
? SAS programming proficiency in Base, Stat, and extensive use of macros
? Strong SQL knowledge
? Strong PC computer skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Automating Excel with VB programming is critical.
? Experience manipulating and analyzing very large transactional databases.
? Must have a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills, flexibility to cope with change, and ability to multitask across a variety of assignments.
? Ability to work cross-functionally and interface with all levels of the organization.
