Manager, Food and Beverage Finance

The Manager, Food and Beverage Finance will develop Five-Year Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Capital Plan for the Food & Beverage line of business in alignment with the Disneyland Resort?s strategic goals and financial targets. Lead monthly LOB financial forecast process, accurately assessing probable and potential impacts while clearly communicating key issues and opportunities. Understand key drivers and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency. Partner with the Food and Beverage team to develop comprehensive strategies that will drive incremental profitability while enhancing the Guest experience. Provide proforma analyses including internal rate of return and net present value calculations to support or refute such strategies.
In conjunction with an outside contractor, drive pricing recommendations for frequently changing menus across several styles of service, including table service restaurants, quick service restaurants, buffeterias, outdoor vending carts, and banquet functions. Lead Monthly Business Reviews with the operators and other functional areas to identify opportunities to improve the business in the immediate future. Attend strategy setting work sessions and provide financial perspective. Partner with Product Development and Sales teams to complete packaged offerings. Develop cast members (currently four direct reports) and provide opportunities for growth.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
7 - 9 Years experience in progressively more responsible finance roles
Management experience with emphasis on employee development
Demonstrated proficiency in pro forma development, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling.
Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking and problem solving
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations for multiple types of audiences (operational, financial, senior management)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Food & Beverage experience highly preferable. Retail or consumer products experience helpful.
MBA preferred
CPA a plus
