Manager, Key Brand Frc & Ana
As the Manager of Key Brand Forecasting & Analysis for the Managed & Legislated Programs, you will be responsible for preparing monthly Gross to Net factors used in Net Sales Forecast based on current Gross Sales Forecast and Latest Rebate Estimates. You will communicate monthly changes to Sales Deductions and Net Sales with causes to Business Units, NA Finance, and Sales Forecasting and also prepare the same for three-year plan. You will evaluate reserves and forecasts for Price Adjustments including Hospital Chargebacks, Medicaid, Commercial Managed Care, Medicare, Administrative Fees, Returns and Wholesaler Rebates and notify management of changes to annual expense and accrual balances associated with these programs. Additionally, you will forecast expenses associated with chargebacks and WSA Rebates. You will also work with Sr. Director and area managers to continually evaluate and improve forecasts for Managed Care, Medicaid, and Medicare. You will perform variance analysis (forecast vs. actual) of all significant rebate payments on a quarterly basis and review results with incumbent's manager, Sr. Director and the specific area's manager. Forecast adjustments are incorporated as necessary. You will prepare monthly report for management review of Balance Sheet Reserve Accounts activity and adequacy. You will also Complete financial assessment of all contract amendments and other brand related activity that will impact our Latest Estimates of Sales Deductions.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with 10 years of experience. An MBA in Finance is preferred but not required with a minimum of 8 years experience. PC Spreadsheets as well as working knowledge of SAP ERP applications, SMART and COMET BI is also required. Incumbent must have had position(s) where working independently and with little supervision were common traits. Must be able to think intuitively and be highly analytical.
