Manager- Transfer Pricing

Transfer Pricing - is a multi-disciplinary practice that involves close cooperation between subject matter experts in economic analysis, tax law, and accounting. Transfer Pricing is a term used to describe all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions.

As a member of PwC?s Global Transfer Pricing Group, the employee will work closely with international tax partners and senior economists in assisting U.S. and foreign multinationals in developing global tax minimization strategies.

Specific project tasks include:
i.) identifying and assessing clients? cross-border intercompany transactions,
ii.) developing local-country transfer pricing documentation,
iii.) strategizing on local-country revenue authority transfer pricing audits
iv.) global planning (i.e., continuous optimization of clients? existing and new U.S.-to-foreign and foreign-to-foreign intercompany transactions, as well as special projects related to clients? restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures.)
v.) Day to day project management, including interacting with clients and supervising staff.

BS/BA in Accounting or Economics required. MBA or Master's in Economics or Ph.D in Economics strongly preferred.

Job Requirement Essential

5+ years experience in Transfer Pricing
Transfer pricing experience in consulting firm environment required. Additionally, successful candidates will be highly organized with the ability to create process and procedure; extremely motivated and interested in taking the initiative for their own personal growth and development; exercise client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills.
