Manager, Treasury and Cash (Job #1231)

Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and manages company?s daily cash position
Conduct borrowing and investing activities
Prepares routine ad hoc reports for internal and external distribution
Assist in development of policies, procedures
Operational controls and standards
Ensures compliance with cash internal controls
Policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities
Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes
Monitors external bank account usage and makes recommendations on closing and opening external accounts
Prepares and manages annual budgets and forecasts for Treasury department
Manages bank and brokerage relationships
Identifies cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities
Operate Treasury Workstation platform to effect the day-to-day cash concentration and disbursement process
Implement and audit compliance all 404c SOX regulations

Education and/or Experience

Knowledge of related experience in treasury
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
CTP Certification
MA/MS Degree, MBA
