Manager of Finance, Enterprise Solutions

CITY: Seattle STATE: Washington COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Full Financial responsibility for $250MM Enterprise Solutions P&L within GEHC Integrated IT Solutions. Enterprise Solutions is a high growth P&L providing enterprise-wide, Integrated Clinical, Financial, and Administrative software to hospitals, and integrated delivery networks. Primary responsibilities include:
*Partner with Enterprise Solutions GM to deliver financial commitments of the P&L
*Lead a team of 3 dedicated analysts to provide valuable insight to the business and influence outcomes
*Analyze all aspects of the business financials including Orders, Sales, CM, and OM
*Coordinate with global IITS FP&A on all financial estimations and reporting
*Provide leadership during ERP systems integration
*Lead preparation of SI, SII, and Operating Plan with senior management
*Support simplification efforts related to process and systems
*Provide support of international expansion of Enterprise Solutions business

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Minimum 7 years financial experience
*Proven communication and leadership skills
*Demonstrated analytical, process and problem solving skills
*Business presence, ability to interact/influence senior management
*Demonstrated GE leadership values

Desired:
*BA/BS in Finance/Business Administration
*Green Belt certified
