Responsible for sourcing and acquisition of materials and services for the 787 program. This may include travel (10%) to suppliers (domestic and international) to participate in planning, negotiations, assessments and audits.

Interface with all levels of internal/external customers and suppliers to foster good relationships. Demonstrate leadership through professionalism, job ownership, commitment, teamwork and ethical behavior. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of cost, schedule and quality, and effectively implements changes as required. Demonstrate ability to direct and lead teams. Utilizes complex problem solving techniques and makes timely resolution. Demonstrate effective communication skills in presenting information to management. Demonstrate understanding of complex contractual and business related issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3-6 years experience or equivalent qualifications with demonstrated ability at Level III.
