Job Description: R esponsible for the financial and business activities for a product(s) business area, and leads a group of 4-6 Financial Analysts in support of that effort. Works closely with Program Director, Program Managers, and Business Development team members to identify and capture new business. Job requires frequent interface with the customer community. Responsible for financial aspects of the new business capture cycle which includes: Gate reviews, cost proposal estimation and submittal, support for customer fact finds and negotiations. Upon contract award, is responsible for establishing program budgets, generating IMP/IMS Integrated EVMS Reporting System, and ensuring EAC's are completed to meet Company requirements. Duties include weekly/monthly reporting of program status to Goleta's Leadership Team and to the customer.





Required Skills: This leadership position requires a minimum of 8 years experience in a professional corporate finance and/or accounting role, with at least 4 of those years in a supervisory/leadership capacity, and 4 years experience with DoD or government funded programs. Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).







Required Education: Bachelor's degree




Desired Skills: Extensive knowledge of EVMS, working knowledge of SAP, and good presentation skills, Ability to handle/lead multiple tasks concurrently. Positive attitude and interface skills with Goleta's Leadership Team and with senior members of the customer community. Prefer degree specialization in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or business-related discipline. Expertise with 10-key calculator. Six Sigma Specialist.
