Mgt/Manager Reporting,KPIT Finance, FP &A Concord

MANAGER Financial Reporting and Analysis. Manage a team of finance professionals within the IT division of Kaiser Permanente to provide reporting and analysis expertise and support as well as ad hoc projects and change management. RESPONSIBILITIES: This Kaiser Permanente Information Technology (KP-IT) Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager will be a hands-on manager that will have responsibility for coordinating the central monthly reporting and analysis across the KP-IT organization. You will leverage your prior planning, reporting and analysis experience to evaluate current methods, processes as well as tools by which the work is performed, and drive improvements in both effectiveness and efficiency. As a manager of a small team of professionals you will be expected to manage day to day activities within the organization as well as develop/mentor your staff. WORK ENVIRONMENT: As a member of the Financial Reporting and Analysis group, you will contribute to the group?s success by fostering an environment of teamwork, flexibility and the sharing of resources and expertise with your peers. You will maintain Service Level Agreements with internal clients and monitor your effectiveness through personal relationships and client surveys. You will leverage organizational and personal experience and competency help your team adapt to changing priorities, and establish strategy and tactics within your area of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements: - 8-10 years financial reporting or planning and analysis experience - 2-3 year?s managerial experience or equivalent within the planning or reporting and analysis function ? Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance, Masters degree strongly preferred- Ability to manage and mentor staff of 2 professional employees to deliver high level of customer support - Strong analytical skills - Strong communication skills - Strong influencing skills Preferred requirements: - Experience using Business Objects and Cognos enterprise software - Experience developing presentations using PowerPoint - Technologies Finance experience.
