Multi-Family Asset Analyst

We have partnerships with leading real estate and securities firms around the U.S. We are looking for a talented Asset Analyst to join our Multi-Family Asset Management team. Reports to: SVP Asset Management

Department:  Asset Management

Responsibilities include:Property performance tracking Quarterly reporting Due Diligence Pipeline reports Systems creation Property evaluation

 

 

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting Minimum of four years experience in an accounting/finance Motivated, detail oriented, self-starter with excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills Advanced MS Excel skills Communication and Interpersonal Skills Some travel required Real estate & 1031 exchange experience is a plus
