National CDA/Tradespend Analyst

The responsibilities of the National Customer Development Agreements CDA/Tradespend Analyst are as follows:

-Ensure all customer agreements / non-signing vendor forms on file

-Serve as initial collection point for National CDA B&C l payments for specific channel over $25M and school payments over $25M

-Validate all payments before forwarding to appropriate Oracle approver

-Ensure PCNA compliance with PepsiCo customer payment policy by continuing to build relationship with the Sales Force

-Preparation of account reconciliations for specific National CDA channel

-Booking of Miscellaneous transactions in Oracle Projects as well as Journal Entries in Oracle Financials

-Co-Ordinate with Sales, planning and AR for any manual billings within CDA channel

-Working with NASM's Planning and Supervisor to ensure YE accruals are accurate and meet the timelines set by management

-Work with Manager to ensure all accrual backup for National CDA Channel is on file and that the documentation supports the accrual.

-Work with Manager to ensure all Sox Testing is accurate.

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

-1 - 2 years Accounting Experience

-Good communication and follow-up skills

-Detail Oriented
