We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for full time positions in our New Accounts department for all shifts.  Prior data processing experience and college degree is a requirement.  We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, 401(k) plan and a fast paced working environment.

New Accounts Specialist

 

Responsibilities include, (not limited to the following):

 Processing incoming account applications (heavy data entry involved) Examine and review documents in a compliance and regulatory environment with the ability to utilize discretion Adhere to FXCM?s CIP and KYC policy and procedureBe responsible to identify such issues as odd or irregular activity on customer accounts. Verifying identification documents and proof of residenceReviewing various types of documentation for Corporate, IRA, and Partnership accounts.Facilitating account opening process by providing customer service via phone, live person chat and emails

 

Qualifications:

 Must be eligible to work in the USA (No Visa Sponsorship)Be computer literate - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Internet. Adobe acrobat a plus. Possess superb data-entry skills (quick and accurate) Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have superior customer service skills Be very detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment Be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision Be able to maintain confidentiality Be able to determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion Be a team player Be flexible and able to work day, evening, or midnight shifts Special consideration for people who speak foreign languages (German, Russian, and Spanish.) Thai, Greek, Polish, Japanese, Mandarin, Arabic and Japanese speakers in high demand
