New Business Analyst

Your job as a New Business Analyst within the Risk Control organization will focus on assessing and preventing financial and/or reputational risk for UBS resulting out of new business initiatives implemented within UBS Wealth Management USA. New Business Initiatives are for example: new products or business line, any significant changes the way business is conducted, new and any significant changes to legal entities or single transactions which are unusual in size, terms or structures, purpose or motivation or does not fit easily within the relevant tax, legal, regulatory or accounting framework. You will assess primary risk, such as credit risk or market risk as well as operational, such as compliance, legal, tax or transaction processing. You will advise and work closely with all levels of the organization in advising, gathering information and facilitating the process for new business control.

Basic Qualifications
You are a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or banking. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Financial Services, within brokerage or banking. You will have strong knowledge of fixed income, equities, derivatives and foreign exchange products. You will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and be able to manage multiple priorities with urgent and changing deadlines. You will need excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
