Operations Relationship Specialist for Retail Brokerage

We are STANFORD, a global network of affiliated companies that together form a powerful resource of financial services.  As a result of the continuous expansion of our retail investment brokerage firm, we are seeking a Relationship Specialist in the Operations Department of our retail brokerage company, in the Houston, TX Galleria office location.

 

The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional, specifically Series  7, and posess specific retail investment brokerage industry experience to include full knowledge of all regulatory requirements:

 

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:Ensure effective communication and compliance with internal processes and proceduresEnsure smooth transition of new teams of brokers and their assistantsMaintain high level of support for Financial Advisors and their support staffPerform other special tasks and projects as assigned by managementAssist in the conversion from Bear Stearns to the Pershing platform  Pershing Net Exchange Pro experience, a PLUS
