P-RHF-FINANCIAL-Budget Analyst

My client is an international Non-Profit Organization located downtown Washington D.C. (Metro Center). They are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst. Successful candidate will in consultation with the Associate Program Director and Project Director, establish needed guidelines to prepare annual Project operating budgets for grant proposals, as well as the budget; gather data, analyze, forecast, and create drafts for review; respond to funder requests and participate in grant review; oversee and monitor monthly reconciliation of internal and organizational Finance reports; review organization Finance prepared grantor reports; oversee and monitor payables for compliance with budgets and grant restrictions, with particular attention to line items; approve expenditures within set guidelines and resolve billing issues; supervise the financial activities of Financial Analyst; assist the Associate Program Director with Human Resources activities, including staffing plans, staff recruitment, and the performance review process; serve as back up to Associate Program Director as needed and perform other financial and administrative related duties as assigned.
